Registration continues the same format as previous years. The registration process is divided in two parts. The first part requires from you to provide your hotel accommodation needs and the second part covers the payment for your participating fees to the event. The Hotel will charge ONE night to guarantee that your credit card information is correct (first part), however, the registration fees will be charged (second part) to the credit card you are providing (make sure you have the billing address where the credit card statement is sent, since it will be required to validate your charge). The registration will not go through failing to provide the correct billing address for your credit card.

* Wives and companions participating in the event functions such as receptions and dinners are subject to a registration fee. A secondary company staff is not considered a companion; it is considered one regular participant at a participation cost of US$250.00. Please register accordingly to be eligible for all the functions where food will be served.

How to Register?

You are required to fill out the online secured registration form. But before you do that, please be aware of the following details to be taken into account during the online registration:
During your registration process, you will be required to provide your credit card information.
Your registration fees to the event will be charged to the card you are providing.

Your hotel reservations will be guaranteed with the credit card provided. The Hotel will charge one night to guarantee that your credit card information is correct. Be aware that the total nights of your hotel reservation will not be charged during registration process.

When finalizing your registration you will also have done your hotel reservation. Hotel confirmation codes will be published in the participant┬┤s section of this web site two weeks prior to the event.

This event is sponsored by USDA cooperators and only U.S. exporters of beans, peas, lentils, chickpeas, popcorn and sunflower or any other U.S. product are eligible to participate in this event. Our criteria is based upon rules and policies of the USDA budget that we use to organize this event. We apologize for any inconvenience this policy may cause. There are no exceptions to participants from other countries wishing to attend this event for selling purposes. It is strictly forbidden for participants to offer products from other origins than the USA. Individuals that do so will be asked to leave the event, and future participation will not be possible.
