The Congress organizers have secured 130 rooms. These rooms will be available for participants on a first come first serve basis. In order to reserve a room you must register to the event simultaneously. Please review the information below to see the hotel and rates offered.

The hotel will offer to the participants of the event, the same rate 3 days prior and 3 days after the official event's date. USDBC will only offer the USDBC Special rate during the official dates of the event (Feb 09-13th, 2012).

The following charges will be added to the hotel rates per night and stay:
Bellmen Service charge: $6.00usd per person per stay.
Maids & Other Operating departments: $4.00usd per night per room.

Participants to the event are required to stay at this hotel in order to help out fulfill the organizer's contract. There will be no exceptions unless the event is running out of rooms and this will be determined and confirmed by the organizers.

Hotel Room Cancellation Policies

All cancellations must be done in writing to the USDBC representative in Mexico at raul@marketingsolutionsfirm.com You will be provided with a confirmation code for clarification backup. All cancellations will be subject to the reservation agreement, policies and charges. Telephone cancellations will not be accepted.

Please be aware that during the registration process you will be asked for your credit card information. The organizers reserve the right to charge one night to guarantee that your credit card information is correct. You will not be charged for the total stay, since this will be done at the moment you check out the hotel. Your hotel reservation will be done at the time you register online. 16% VAT Tax return to foreign visitors

The Mexican Government has established a program to return the 16% VAT to foreign guests participating in conventions in Mexican resorts. This benefit has been reflected to the US Bean Congress participants in the last four years. Procedures have changed and in order to be able to enjoy this Tax return, you will be requested to follow the next steps for each of the persons that would like to have the tax returned.

1.- Provide a copy of your Passport to USDBC

2.- Provide a copy of your Immigration Mexico Entrance Card
(You may provide us with your original so we can get a Xerox copy when you come to the registration desk to pick up your badges.)

3.- Sign the registration card at the hotel. The signature has to be of each of the guests staying at that room, in order to be able to get the VAT. Otherwise you are not complying.
