The hotel will offer to the participants of the
event, the same rate 3 days prior and 3 days after the official event's
date. USDBC will only offer the USDBC Special rate during the
official dates of the event (Feb 11-14th, 2010).
The following charges will be added to the
hotel rates per night and stay:
Bellmen Service
charge: $6.00usd per person per stay
Maids & Other
Operating departments: $4.00usd per night per room
Participants
to the event are required to stay at this hotel in order to help out
fulfill the organizer's contract. There will be no exceptions unless the
event is
running out of rooms and this will be determined and confirmed by the
organizers.
Hotel Room Cancellation
Policies
All cancellations
must be done in writing to the USDBC
representative in Mexico at
raul@marketingsolutionsfirm.com
You will be provided with a
confirmation code for clarification backup. All
cancellations will be subject to the reservation
agreement, policies and charges. Telephone cancellations will
not be accepted.
The cancellation policies, deadlines and charges are

* If your
cancellation is done during the month of
February or later, you will be charged the nights in your
original reservation.
Please be aware that during the registration
process you will be asked for your credit card
information. The organizers reserve the right to
charge one night to guarantee that your credit
card information is correct. You will not
be charged for the total stay, since this will
be done at the moment you check out the hotel.
Your hotel reservation will be done at the time
